To provide high standards in education without compromising on the cost of establishment and technical manpower involved.

To provide opportunities for the Faculty to improve their qualifications by encouraging and sponsoring them for Ph.D. program under the QIP (AICTE) and help them in getting Major and Minor Research Projects, from distinguished funding agencies viz., DBT, UGC, ICMR, AICTE, CSIR etc.,

By such encouragement, the Society is ensuring the students a qualified and experienced Faculty. The vision of the Society is to make all the Faculty Members to possess doctorate degree and equip themselves well, academically while serving the college. A study leave of three years is granted for such purpose.

The Management ensures a closer rapport with its Staff by conducting meetings very often. The views of the Staff Members are taken into consideration while providing a platform to discuss such ideas and to put them to use wherever found appropriate and pragmatic.

The Management has encouraged and helped for the creation of a “Research Center” in Pharmacy; the first of its kind in this entire University jurisdiction, to take-up some useful Research Projects involving all the Faculty, under the able guidance of Prof. V. Malla Reddy, and Dr.A.Jithan (Ph.D. from USA)

The Management also has a proposal to take-up collaborative research with various sponsorers utilizing the equipment and research expertize available in the college.

The students will also be involved in undertaking such research projects and this preliminary research exposure would help them to orient towards research and lay a strong foundation for their future career.

There is also a proposal to encourage the interested Faculty Members to take-up special sessions in coaching the students, individually as well to shape their future by understanding their strong and weak points.

To take-up extensive eco-friendly programmes by planting more trees around the campus and giving it a more pleasant look with a lot of greenery, around.

To create the awareness of clean surroundings’ and its importance among the students and also to make them practice, in their class-rooms, laboratories, library and college campus, since they study “Environmental Science ” as a part of their curriculum.

To practice the “Green chemistry” in the experimental Laboratory work to avoid pollution, to a possible extent.

To provide the required facilities for the Total or Overall Personality Development of each student.
